LPND 2022 State Convention Press Release

The Libertarian Party of North Dakota reelected state chair and Vice-chair, Taylor Bakken and Danial Walters respectively, for another one-year term at its annual State Convention on February 26th, 2022, at the Fargo Ramada.

In other business, the Party updated its bylaws and adopted a new state party platform.

Participants, both in person and on Zoom, were graced with a Zoom presentation from Spike Cohen, the party’s 2020 vice presidential candidate. Mr. Cohen emphasized the need to work at the local level in coalitions with local activists.  He is forming a new non-party organization; You Are the Power.

Travis Bull Johnson, running as an independent for U.S. Congress in the Moorhead area, spoke in person of his candidacy and the situation in Ukraine.
